Zikr circles and spiritual/moral guidance

BIASA holds regular circles of remembrance of Allah (zikr), in accordance with the Naqshbandi Approach of Tazkiya. This great Prophetic activity is essential to the purification of one's self, resulting in achievement of inner peace, life and divine light. A pure, living heart will reflect positively on society, for a person who is constantly mindful of the Presence and Glory of Allah Almighty develops a great capability to improve the quality of their life as well as that of those around them.

Celebrations of Cultural Occasions

Organise community celebrations of various Islamic occasions throughout the year, such as Birth of the Holy Messenger Muhammad (PBUH), his Prophethood, Hijra, Ramadan, Ghazwat Badr, Night of Qadr, Eidul- Fitr, Eidul-Adha, Isra' & Mi'raj, Opening of Makkah, etc. with an aim to revive the Messenger's divine life and to strengthen our ties with our history, culture and heritage.

Teaching of Islamic knowledge

BIASA aims to organise local classes for teaching the Holy Qur'an, the Prophet's Biography and Sunnah, moral education, necessary fiqh, Arabic language, Islamic history, etc. Classes for secular subjects would also be established subject to the requirement of local Muslims as presented to BIASA.

Holy trips and visits

BIASA will organise Hajj and Umra trips as well as visits to the Holy Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him), open to members of the Zikr circle only. Joining BIASA's zikr circle requires only sincere interest in Tazkiya and should be approved by BIASA's president.

Da'wah

BIASA aims to participate in the Call towards realisation of God by engaging in positive and tolerant Da'wah and in providing a friendly atmosphere for Muslim converts to enable them to learn about Islam and develop good inter-community relations. This would be achieved mainly through organising conferences, meetings, lectures, exhibitions, trips and other relevant activities.

Cultural Centres

BIASA aims to support establishing cultural centres for the Muslim communities in areas lacking such facilities, beginning with establishing a cultural centre in the area of Greenford, London, which would also serve as BIASA's head office.

We have sent you an Apostle from amongst you to convey to you Our Revelations and to purify you...

Holy Qur'an, al-Baqarah, 151

"The likeness of the one who remembers his Lord and the one who does not remember his Lord is that of the living and the dead."

Master Prophet Muhammad (pbuh); Al-Bukhari

"Every organ of our bodies performs a particular function. If it fails to perform its function or performs with nuisance or anguish, then it would be considered unhealthy. Similarly, an unhealthy (spiritual) heart is not capable to perform its specific function - recognising and realising God Almighty. It would only regain its health through purification while acquiring constant awareness of Allah (God) resulting in knowing Him and the rising of love and (humanly) perfect worship of Allah."
Sayid Abulharith Abdullah Al-Hasani Al-Madani
